1 ~ Pachamama
Pachamama represents the unconditional love that the Earth has for all children, including stones, the plants, the animal, and humans. She is the Goddess of Earth, also known as Gaia, who pervades all creation in our planet. Thanks to Pachamama, our timeless soul can experience life in a biological body. The joy and pain we taste during our brief time on Earth are invitations to discover the boundless love of Pachamama.
You are a child of Earth. Now is the time to eat right, love right, and be joyous, regardless of the circumstances you may find yourself in. Be grateful for your life, your body, and all the nourishes you. Pachamama invites you to relish each breath, embrace your joy and your pain equally, and discover love through both. Let Pachamama know good much you appreciate all her blessings with an act of service such as planting a tree, helping save endangered species, or protecting the ocean.
2 ~ The Seer
The Seer represents the capacity to reach beyond the obvious details of life, into the Hidden Realms where information is available to those with the discernment to perceive it. This symbol represents psychic perception, intuition, and the capacity to know something without prior exposure. The Seer knows truth, always seeks truth beyond all else, and sees reality as it truly is without judgement.
The Seer can read between the lines and understand what is not being said. He represents the power of clarity and being able to recognize patterns.
The Seer has arrived now to challenge you to get out of denial and begin telling yourself the truth about your situation. Wishful thinking will not make what you desire happen when you’re refusing to see things as they are. The truth may hurt, but it will set you free to claim the bounty that is waiting for you to notice. This is a moment of true power. The Seer offers you his medicine. When you are ready, surrender your vision to Spirit and ask to be shown the truth- no matter the price. Once you do so, your eyes will be open and you will receive a powerful gift.
3 ~ The Arrow
Receiving this symbol reminds you that you are in alignment with your heart and soul, you are on target and will soon be hitting your mark. Be true to your calling, release attachments, and free yourself from the bondage of unbridled ambition. Now is revealed to be a moment of contact in which your intention meets the material world. The Arrow also symbolizes the need to set your creativity free.
This is a time to admit that by continuing on the path you are on, you might be shooting yourself in the foot. Could it be that you have become so attached to winning this game that you have missed the true mark? What if your arrow was never meant to land where you wanted it? Now is the time to regroup and ask yourself if what you desire is really worth your energy. This is a sign that something better is waiting. Consider the wisdom in not getting what you want. Suffering in this case is a pathway to heal the parts of you that feel unworthy, the parts that worry there isn’t enough. Make peace with those voices. What is truly yours will be waiting for you.
4 ~ Coyote
The Coyote is the symbol of the sacred trickster, the one who provides detours for growth and understanding by ensuring that things don’t go as planned. The Coyote brings the energy of divine deception to set you free from the shackles of that which doesn’t serve you. Sometimes it appears that you will get everything you want, only to find that Coyote brings you the opposite of what you hoped for. The lessons offered by Coyote May at first appear confusing, but they are most sacred and always for your highest good.
Are you being seduced by what you think you desire? Could it be that the more superficial, sparkly, shining aspects of your ambition led you in this moment? Perhaps you feel that I order to get what you desire, you have to compromise yourself, control others or manipulate situations to ensure your goal is met? Coyote howls in the shadows to remind you that this may be a lesson too painful to learn. Beware the shallow waters right now. Something or someone might pretend to be deep, but that doesn’t make them so, no matter how seductive their superficial traits and how beautiful to sparkly they may appear. All that glitters there will not turn up gold, no matter how many wishes you make to change that.
5 ~ Upper World
Angles, divine helpers, Ancient ones, and all varieties of luminous being populate the upper world. It’s the place where you go to retrieve your destiny, and find out who you will become, discover your great potentials, and undreamt of possibilities. It’s also the place where the spirits of the dead arrive when they complete their journey to the light.
Ask your divine helpers for guidance. You just deal with the lethargy and idleness. While support for a new destiny is not yet in place, a new distinction is available to you if you act now
6 ~ The Curse
The Curse refers to the limiting stories of our ancestors, and the karma from former lifetimes that preordains the events of our lives. It is the source of negative patterns, and it can show up as a disease, a destructive force, or a blockage on our creative energy. The Curse holds us hostage to a false story that we confuse for reality. Recognizing the original wound that is playing out in our life can heal it.
It is time to recognize the source of your limitations. Did your grandparents live with a mindset of scarcity? Did you inherit genes for heart disease? Were you a slave or a master in a past life? This karmic legacy is ready and waiting to be seen, to be untangled, and to be released. Honor the players and their stories. Forgive everyone and everything. Craft a new life course for yourself.
7 ~ Spirit Keeper of the North
Take time for contemplation. Turn within. Connect with your ancestors. Incubate ideas. Mend relationships. Watch your dreams. Meditate. The answers are inside you waiting to be heard. Stay warm. Create dreams for your future. Repair whatever is broken in your home and your life. Forgive those people and situations that you’ve been dragging around for a while.
In the medicine wheel, the north is the direction that symbolizes the darkest time of the night, the coldest part of winter, the dark of the moon. It also represents the elder time in life and even a time of endings. Pulling the Spirit Keeper of the North indicates that it’s time to take measure of your life. Explore what’s working and what’s not working. What and whom do you need to release? It’s also time to make repairs in your physical environment, as well as make repairs to your body. Additionally, this is the time to begin to dream and make plans regarding your future. Your ancestors are close at this time; call on them. They want to help you.
Stand outdoors at night, facing north. Inhale the darkness. Sink into your own depth. In the stillness, Ancient winsome emerges.
8 ~ Answering The Call
You’ve been called. If you’ve been waiting for your life to shift, the waiting is over. Your true and authentic life is happening. If you’ve been hoping for a sign, this is it. Right now your spirit guides, ancestors and love ones who have passed are sending you messages, love and healing. You’ve been called and a gateway is opening for communications from the spirit realms. Now and in the days ahead, signs from spirit will be all around you. Watch for them.
Indigenous people look to the clouds, the winds, and the movement of animals to discern the secret messages from the Creator. In Native traditions, life is ruled by signs. Right now your spirit helpers are telling you that this is your time. The waiting is over. Sometimes, we spent so much time waiting for life to happen that we missed the joy in the moment. Cherish the here and now, and know that no matter what concerns you may have, in the deepest sense, you are ready. Believe. Follow the signs and miracles will abound. Your time is now!
Look for signs. They are all around you. The feather that alights at your feet, the penny that mysteriously appears, or the rainbow splashed across the sky may be a sign that Spirit is trying to get your attention. Watch your dreams. Messages from Spirit are often conveyed in the nocturnal hours.
9 ~ Sacred Mountain
Be still, and take the time to move into the silent place within yourself. Locate your internal source of power. Meditate. Wait. Do not move forward until it feels right. Surrender to stillness. Do not take action. If you observe, rather than react, you claim your power.
From the vantage point of the sacred mountain, your power grows. In silence you’ll find your sacred witness. It is in the dwelling place of your soul. Move past the bustle and clatter of life into sweet quietude. If you’re in pain, don’t lash out; go into it until you find the source so that it can be healed. Resist the temptation to indulge in feelings of stress, urgency, and emergency. Your power is born in silence. This peace gives birth to your serenity. Seek solitude to listen to the voice of your higher self and awaken your inner wisdom.
Travel to the peaks of hallowed mountains, and if you can’t do this in person, travel in your meditation. Imagine yourself stop a high peak; you can see the world in all directions. Give thanks and offerings to mountains, wherever you encounter them. The Spirit of Mountain will deeply appreciate your gift.
10 ~ Song of the Wild
New horizons await you! You’re ready to savor the wonders of the world. Take some risks. Answer the call of the wild. Step out of your comfort zone. Live passionately. Take steps in the direction of freedom. Expand beyond your limitations and boundaries. Maybe it’s time to take a journey or do something new and exciting.
You are entering a period of expansion and going beyond your self-imposed limitations. Even if you feel hesitant, this is the time to try something new and do things in a different way. You might even visit far-off lands or wild natural places. Adventures often entails risk, but without it, life can become lackluster and stagnant. There’s a vast, new, and wondrous vista just around the corner, but you’ll never see it if you don’t venture out.
Plan a trip. Take some classes that get you out of your comfort zone. Try new styles. Do the same things that you’ve always done, but in new and different way. Push beyond your boundaries. Step out of character. Spend time in wilderness.
11 ~ Walking in Beauty
Radiant beauty surrounds you. You’re beautiful, inside and out. No matter what your age, your grace is growing. Being in balance. As you walk in beauty and feel gratitude for it, your life will be filled with immense splendor. Whenever you can, spend time in natural, wild spaces. As you see and hear and feel beauty around you, your own beauty will grow.
In Native American traditions, there’s the concept of walking in beauty. It’s called “hozho naasha” in the Navajo/Dineh tradition, and it means being in balance with a natural way of life. When we are in the “right relationship” with the natural world around us, we are walking in beauty. The more you sense and see beauty around you— in your environment, yourself, and your body— the more it will fill your life, in all forms. Never say anything about yourself or your body that’s negative. Don’t put down yourself or others. Instead, affirm beauty and take time to adorn your body and personal space. Walk in nature and inhale the beauty of every part of our wonderful planet. Cherish yourself and the luminescence within you, and you will glow.
Create outer harmony in your home environment, even in small ways— such as a vase of flowers, scented candle, or clean windows— and your inner grace and radiance will begin to shine even more brightly. Wherever you go, look for beauty in your surroundings, and as a result, the world will become more beautiful.
11 ~ Dreamtime ~Creation~
Close your eyes, tune in to your breathing, and allow yourself to sink deeply into the heart of the living creation that you are. As you notice your breath becoming steady and slightly deeper than usual, observe the urge within you that is begging to come forth in some creative action. Pay attention to any images, sounds, or feelings that beckon your awareness; and there you will find the key as to the manner in which to express this magnificent pulse. Your breath is the crossover between Spirit and physical reality. Breathing comfortably and steadily helps you align yourself with Spirit, which then brings a clearer focus on what creative expression is preparing to be birthed through and from you. Discard any habitual thought patterns that would prevent the manifestation of what you are being prompted to bring forth. Allow yourself to take risks with this self-expression, and all of Creation will smile upon you.”
13 ~ Shaman ~Ancient Healing Wisdom~
All illnesses, whether physical, emotional, or psychological, stem from an illness of Spirit. It may be due to soul loss, psychic intrusions, ancestral karma, or any other spiritual causes that could be contributing to the manifest condition for which you seek help. Whatever the methodologies or remedies you pursue, whether allopathic, alternative, or a combination, let the healing of your Spirit be your priority. Know that the deepest spiritual wound is the illusion of being separate from Source, God, Great Spirit, or whatever name you give the Creator. It is the trick of the mind that creates that sense of separation. This is a time for deep healing, starting with your relationship with Spirit. Call upon your spirit guides and ancestors to help you with any emotional, me ya, or physical healing that you need. Call upon the Creator to assist you in mending any rift in your relationship with Spirit. Choose thoughts that support wholeness and well-being. Allow any darker thoughts or shadows to appear as well, but simply observe then as they arise in consciousness, then dissolve. See yourself as healed, whole, complete, and it shall be.
14 ~ Spring Equinox ~ Rebirth
You thought this passage you have been through would never end. Just as certain that the light of the world fades every few months, it makes its return, and the Earth rejoices. The fresh breath of spring sweeps away cobwebs acquired from the absence of light. The light is now obviously increasing as Nature begins to emerge in all her many forms, shapes, and colors that remind us of the continual cycles of Earth Mother. This cycle of rebirth you are experiencing follows a considerably challenging time. Any tears you may have shed have cleared the way for what has been gestating, which is now ripe and ready to emerge. That which no longer serves you needs to be out to rest so that a freshness and newness of spirit can make itself known to you. Sometimes birth can be painful, particularly in that passage just before delivery, yet what emerges can be fresh and beautiful. Be with the emergence of this next cycle with faith and grace.
15 ~ Full Moon ~ Completion ~
You can now take pleasure in knowing that whatever you have been working toward has now reached its culmination. It may have been a relatively brief cycle or a much more extensive one, yet regardless of the length of time, you have arrived at the stage of completion. Let yourself feel the contentment and satisfaction of this accomplishment. It is like when you take a deep breath and reach the point where your lungs are pleasantly full and your body is ready to release that breath. It is important to not only enjoy this completion but also let go and allow yourself to relax afterward, just like exhaling slowly and consciously. People are much to eager to rush to the next item on the agenda without giving proper time and space to appreciating and honoring natural cycle of release that follows a point of resolution. Give yourself that time to relax and rest before tackling Spirit’s next assignment.
